Decent BK location - The two workers I interacted with were both very friendly during my visit, my mobile order came out in an appropriate amount of time, and most importantly, the food was great!
Great experience with the new management. The people are definitely more friendly and the store is much cleaner. I’ve lived in Greensboro for years and this is the most I’ve been to Burger King since I’ve seen new employees and managers. Keep up the great service and fresh food we need this in this area.
Food was great! Fresh and hot at 3am! But the lady was not friendly at the order box. Then get to windows and we had to hear about all her aches and pains. Never said anything to customer(us).
Absolutely great team there today. I was greeted by all staff, and I mean all staff. They were extremely friendly and very quick. Probably the most coordinated team I've seen. Very impressive. My order was perfect.
I went to the BK on gate city a week ago. It was so clean and nice in there. I have never had a whopper so neatly put together lol seriously. The food was good ... like any Burger King but what really stood out, one of the employees came by to wipe a table next to us and she asked if we were good .... If we needed anything. Never had service like that at a fast food joint. Good job yall!
This BK is very close to my home. I stop by just about every morning for a breakfast burrito and vanilla iced coffee, on my way to work. Ms. Barbara, the Manager, is so nice and very accommodating! I love to see her smile every morning! With the shortage of employees, she still keeps this place afloat! Keep up the great work Ms. Barbara!! They close at 8p because of the employee shortage.
